BMC’s Global Outsourcing & Systems Integrator (GOSI) business unit is responsible for direct sales into the Americas outsourced client accounts. These accounts will be some of the largest, most prestigious names across the US, Canada, and Latin America.  

You will be able to undercover pain and create opportunities that will help outsourced clients to achieve their transformational goals.  Further, you will leverage your creativity and front-line selling skills to jointly position unique offerings for sell with, sell to, and sell through scenarios.


 


GOSI Account Manager


 


Primary Responsibilities:


 


This position is a frontline, quota carrying, sales role, selling the entire BMC portfolio of solutions into both outsourcers and the customers that they service throughout North America and South America. 


 


The optimal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and qualities:


·       Understanding of the BMC portfolio and the vast competitive landscape


·       Experience selling to and crafting programs for global outsourcers


·       Documented success of presenting to and selling to strategic end user accounts


·       Understanding and proven success in champion building


·       Proven ability to build pipeline within outsourcers and the end clients that they cover


·       Deep understanding of software contractual and transactional vehicles and how they work


·       Ability to leverage a complex selling ecosystem in an international forum


·       Disciplined sales approach and sales process to move from interest to closure


·       Poise under pressure, strong leadership skills, uncompromising ethical core, and inspired work ethic


·       Creativity and thought leadership


 


Your Background:


 


·       Driven, sell motivated, proactive hunter mind set


·       Disciplined and methodical approach to new business, demand creation, and pipeline generation


·       North America or Global Account Management experience leveraging distributed multicultural teams


·       Extensive Systems Integrator/Outsourcer experience of sell-to, ideally with a large outsourcer base of knowledge and outsourcer coverage experience


·       Adaptable to learn, be challenged, and challenge the status-quo


·       Degree level education preferred


·       Career demonstrates acceptable tenure
