BU Description/Position Description:

Focus on requesting and collecting customer product usage/Statement of Capacity information, analyzing/reconciling that usage, and determining if customers remain in compliance/within capacity with their agreements with BMC Software.
Support Order Services Coordinators in booking ‘standard’ orders as part of the ‘Surge Capacity Team’.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Request license usage/Statement of Capacity information from customers on specific products. Follow up and work with customers/Sales to ensure correct information is provided in a timely manner.
  • Perform simple usage analysis/SOC reconciliation to determine a customer’s compliancy status; review all cases with Program Managers.
  • Communicate the customer’s compliancy status outcome to sales teams and customers. 
  • Research customers’ entitlement, contracts, contacts, support ids
  • Focus on Productivity, Quality and defined SLAs
  • Manage general Mailbox to ensure emails are answered and archived in a timely manner
  • Book straight forward, standard orders in OE+ to help shorten the time to close the books, if required

Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint,etc)
  • Strong English Skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Experience in software industry, customer support/service
