Job description

•Independently work on creating high quality ID deliverables (wiki pages) 
•Develop product and domain expertise over a period of time
•Monitor comments and issues on the wiki and resolve them within the set SLAs
•Interact with cross-functional team members to understand documentation requirements
•Complete assigned work within the given deadlines
•Provide regular status updates and highlight risks to leads

Requirements

•Graduate degree
•Excellent technical writing skills and a minimum 6 years of relevant experience
•Good grasp of technical communication tools
•Ability to understand complex software
•Ability to translate complex information into simple and usable deliverables

Good to have:
•Degree in engineering or computer science
•Good working knowledge of Confluence Wiki
