We’re now hiring a Inside Sales Representative at our Cary Office in North Carolina!

  • Responsible for selling a unique enterprise level software solution to senior level management, prospecting over the phone. 
  • Identifies, assesses, and closes sales opportunities in new customer accounts.
  • Finds retention and penetration opportunities in existing accounts. 
  • Drives revenue and cross-selling opportunities within assigned geographic territory and/or product lines. 
  • Leverages partner and channel at appropriate stages of the sales process. 
  • Uses strong negotiating and influencing skills to qualify opportunities for the sales team. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Uses working knowledge of discipline to complete tasks of moderate complexity. 
  • Applies judgement within defined procedures to determine appropriate next steps. 
  • Generally, works independently within defined outcomes and time frames. 
  • Receives general guidance on routine, established tasks, and more detailed guidance on new projects or programs. 

Education & Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 3 years Software Sales Experience
