Description and Requirements

This position is responsible for building integrated programs to increase market awareness of key solutions, create deeper relationships with our customers and build pipeline in support of revenue goals – direct and indirect. The marketing strategy and plan are to incorporate different components of the mix and include measurements on overall marketing contribution to pipeline and ROI. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the marketing strategy for their assigned area, in close collaboration with sales leadership. Develop localised 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many sales and marketing initiatives for different account segments that focus on three major objectives – build pipeline, accelerate pipeline and nurture relationships with high-propensity targeted executives and accounts (ABM)
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for the area sales teams, ensuring plans and goals align with key leadership functions including sales management, solutions marketing, product pillar revenue goals, brand, etc. Ability to dynamically adapt to changes in market and corporate strategy
  • Support global initiatives with localized focus and inout
  • Working in conjunction with Corporate teams to optimize digital and social media initiatives in region       
  • Manage appointed agencies in the execution of programs across the area
  • Utilize infrastructure tools to analyze pipeline and adjust program mix accordingly to meet sales needs.  Ability to convert data into knowledge
  • Work closely with corporate marketing and communications teams to identify and coordinate speaking opportunities
Qualifications
  • 8+ years related marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment. Someone with sales acumen a plus 
  • Strong understanding and multi-year marketing experience in the assigned regions 
  • Keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with an audience mix of C-level IT and senior line of business buyers
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
  • Analytical and process skills
  • Good understanding of account-based marketing, digital marketing and social media
  • Effective time management and conflict resolutions skills
  • 20% travel required
