Description and Requirements

Qualification & Job Description:
  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines preferred
  • Expertise with object oriented development using Java (Threading, data collections etc.), experience writing commercial-grade software applications, knowledge in design patterns
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and tools is required
  • Experience in application design and architecture leadership
  • Expertise in quickly coming up with POCs/Solutioning/Presales
  • Have a led an initiative and or small team of developers
  • Developing/configuring integrations with external system through service connectors
  • Design and develop workflows to orchestrate IT processes/function using BMC solutions
  • Design/develop/implement BMC solutions across Digital Service Operations and Management
  • Mentoring/coaching team on Java skills and connector development
  • Upskill/cross skill on BMC Solutions and other related technologies as per business demands
  • Experience working with global customers
  • Possess strong focus on customer service and communication
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have skills:
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP services (server side as well as client side).
  • Experience with integration/orchestration platforms – MuleSoft, Tibco, etc
  • Connector/Adapter development for any of integration/automation tools.
  • Experience with BMC products.
