Description and Requirements

The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for selling a enterprise level software solution to Senior Level Management, prospecting over the phone and closing revenue.

This is a Prime Inside Sales opportunity to own the full sales target and run the entire sales process.

The Experience We Offer:

  • Full Sales Process execution
  • Manage daily business development to research and identify and qualify new prospects to drive revenue attainment
  • Develop and manage a detailed territory plan quarter on quarter
  • Experience in Forecast accuracy
  • Lead generation - meet targets/ pipeline generation
  • Develops pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
  • Understand complex customer requirements both at a technical and business level
  • Existing customers and new logo's
  • Assist with Weekly Sales updates and next steps as required
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to the closing of revenue
  • Drive the collaboration between Partners and BMC

  • Build an effective pipeline and execute on each phase of the Value Selling process.
  • Articulate a vision that resonates with the customers and demonstrates value.
  • Use two-sided discovery to uncover the key drivers of value for the customer.
  • Utilize sales best practices, industry trends & market knowledge in a repeatable sales process.
  • Incorporate knowledge of BMC Software solutions, a customer's business, key competitors, and proof points into a sales process that uncovers the best value based BMC Solutions for customers.
  • Build trust & confidence with customers, partners, and BMC through unquestionable integrity.
  • Be recognized as a trusted advisor by customers

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • Fluent in English and German
  • 3+ years working in an Inside sales experience; Software / IT industry preferred
  • C+ level negotiating skills is an advantage
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
  • University degree or relevant experience
