Business Enablement Group manages the relationship between IT and the business.  BEG routinely elicits requirements, architect solutions, then builds business cases for new business functionality.  They gather requirements and run User Acceptance Testing with the business for approved projects.

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 

 

The Business System Analyst’s (BSA) role handles a wide array of responsibilities at any given time in support of delivering an outstanding customer experience between the Sales, Channel and IT teams. 

  • Host meetings with key business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements 

  • Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new process and/or software

  • Develops wireframes, flowcharts, swim-lanes to detail and explain business workflows

  • Partner with project managers, development and other business analyst to solve business problems based on the requirements gathered

  • Monitor project progress by tracking tasks, reporting defects and communicating progress to key business stakeholders and IT leadership

  • Host Business demos and facilitate sign off on all project related 

  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed and in a timely manner 

     

    Experience/ Qualifications:

     

    Must be detailed oriented with a strong work ethic. A strategic and analytical thinker with strong communication skills, the ability to self-manage, multitask, prioritize, and work across teams is critical.

     

    Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • SFDC Admin certification or demonstrable experience with SFDC

  • A minimum of five years working on professional project teams 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, flowcharting tools)

  • Proficient in Rally or other agile management tool

  • Strong organizational skills

    Travel requirements less than 10%. No direct management responsibilities.
