Description and Requirements

BMC IT is looking for a scrum master & application developer with SharePoint/Java knowledge for the Digital Solutions team. 
The expectation from the role is to be a scrum master and well versed with SharePoint/Java knowledge. Person is expected to manage the projects as scrum master which are being developed in Java/SharePoint. He is also expected to manage the maintenance releases for the Digital Solution team. 
The position requires strong managerial skills. He/She must be proactive and make sure team is adhering to the process.  
The position expects demonstration of under taking initiatives. 
The individual will interact with BMC’s BSA’s, technical architects and development teams.
In case the candidate displays right attitude & capability, position can be converted to a lead role. 

Qualifications:
BS, BE or higher degree
Experience of at least 8-10 years working in a global delivery model.
Experience as scrum master for at least 3-4 years. 
Experience with Java and SharePoint applications
Strong understanding of Agile process
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Very good understanding of Quality processes and build/release management.
Participate in technology evaluations and Proof of Concepts
Must be able to work independently and be self-directed
Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Should be able to work with teams across geographies.
Should be accountable and take ownership.
