  • Tailor your resume to match the requirements for the job selected. We want to see you have matched your skillset and transferrable skills to the job description, so don’t miss out on any key knowledge or experiences, education and training. 
  • We’d love to see your accomplishments, the roles you have performed and most importantly, tell us what you are interested in for hobbies and passions.  
  • Have you researched our values! You can include traits and experiences that are aligned to our values. For example, we look for people who are agile in their approach and opened to learning and collaboration. 
  • You always have the option to include a cover letter/portfolio to shed any light on key information you’d like to highlight or showcase.
  • Double check for typos or spelling errors and dates for career moves.
  • Ensure it aligns with your LinkedIn profile.
  • Keep your resume short and easy to read. Ideally no more than three pages long.
